IMAGinE gathers pace – first results presented
The IMAGinE project presents the first results. During the starting phase of the project presentations focused mainly on topics such as the project's purposes and the technical framework. After reaching the first milestone the presentations of the project results started to gather pace. Since autumn 2018 partners frequently began to share their research work at dedicated events.
After the Car2Car Forum in November 2018, where IMAGinE's cooperative approach with the maneuver coordination concept and the three types of coordination (operational, tactical and strategical) was presented, IMAGinE was represented at this year's AAET in February with presentations on the development of cooperative driving functions in a virtual environment and on simulation-based evaluation and comparison methods for coordination procedures in cooperative driving functions.
IMAGinE was also present at the Vector Connectivity Symposium in Stuttgart in early April, a key event for connected mobility. Further presentations and lectures are already planned for the course of the year, for example in July in Washington, D.C., USA.
